My mom used to tell my brother and I that there was no sadness that couldn't be solved with chocolate and over the course of the last three decades I believe her! My mom used to make these delicious chocolate brownies in lieu of birthday cake and bring them to my elementary school for my little brother's and my birthday...which happened to both fall in the month of September. This is a simple, easy-to-follow recipe that'll really warm your heart, your home and satiate that chocolate craving you've been ignoring. I hope you enjoy!
